REFIT: MEGAYACHTS

- Quality control of the refit.

- Organise repairs and alterations to yachts.

- Create an appropriate refit team.

- Prepare preliminary designs by consulting with clients, Classification Societies, and other parts involved.

- Produce and supervise appropriate yard worklists and schedules.

- Determine the most suitable Yard to carry out the refit.

- Prepare contracts before arrival to the yard.

- Estimate the initial yachts refit costs.

- Make sure that proposed designs meet performance and cost requirements.

- Supervise other people who prepare detailed designs, specifications and refit contracts.

- Obtain Class approval and supervise construction work. Solve any issue regarding Class.

- Plan, supervise and evaluate trials (dry and wet) of the yacht.

- Survey works during yard period.

- Make sure that the surveys of damages done by insurance companies are appropriate.

- Provide risk assessment and claims management for insurance.

- Provide Captains and Engineers onboard with technical support.

- Review quotes and invoices.
